SpaceX was founded under the belief that a future where humanity is out exploring the stars is fundamentally more exciting than one where we are not. Today, SpaceX is actively developing the technologies to make this possible, with the ultimate goal of making life multiplanetary and expanding consciousness to the stars. Europe and the UK have some of the most demanding and actively enforced regulatory regimes we face, including the EU Digital Services Act, the UK Online Safety Act and the EU AI Act. You will turn complex obligations into clear, practical advice and implementation plans, and work hand in hand with Safety, Product, Engineering, Policy, Compliance and our other Legal teams to deliver them. This role is for someone who enjoys being close to how products actually work, can move quickly between legal analysis and practical implementation, and is comfortable engaging with regulators. RESPONSIBILITIES: Advise on implementation and compliance with EU, UK and other EMEA digital regulations, with a focus on the EU AI Act, Digital Services Act (DSA), the UK Online Safety Act (OSA), the Audiovisual Media Services Directive (AVMSD) and national implementations such as Ireland's Online Safety Code, and of the eCommerce Directive.
