About the role: We're seeking an Engineering Manager, UX to help build the future of AI user interfaces. In this role, you'll build and manage a team that bridges design and engineering to create intuitive, performant user interfaces that make software creation accessible on any device. You'll guide your team in building production-ready frameworks and patterns that enable high-quality in-product experiences. You’ll also help your team build core user interfaces for interacting with AI. You will: Build, mentor, and grow a team of frontend engineers, reenforcing Replit’s culture of UI excellence and craft. Define the technical vision and strategy for building/extending user interface frameworks in order to help Replit ship high quality user experiences fast. Engage design and product engineering teams to understand, triage, and prioritize requirements. Help the Design team tastefully refine designs by taking into account technical constraints, timelines and resources. Use your deep understanding of technology, the product, and UI, to increase the quality, performance and usage of Replit’s most important surfaces. The Program Management Office (PMO) at Zoox is responsible for driving cross-functional program planning and execution at the highest level. We partner with leaders from across the company in vehicle development, system design, software engineering, manufacturing, fleet operations, and business functions to develop and deliver major corporate milestones on the path to launch, and beyond. Our program managers contribute to the end to end success of technical, integrated product milestones involving both of our vehicle platforms - the Toyota Highlander test fleet and Zoox’s purpose-built robotaxi. The System Behavior Analysis team is the front line for triage of driving events and software issues from our vehicle fleet and large-scale simulation, turning that data into engineering signal. As the Technical Program Manager for System Behavior Analysis, you will sit in our Platform SW Integration organization and treat triage as a systems and data problem. Triage sits in the middle of a larger loop, from the fleet and simulation through engineering fixes to validation and release. You will partner with software development, software integration, QA, safety, product, vehicle operations and the Program Management Office. In this role, you will: Drive triage accuracy and routing. Run the triage reviews that get defects, high-severity live-service issues and safety-critical events accurately classified and routed to the downstream teams that act on them. Measure and improve triage health.
