We're looking for a highly technical Senior Engineering Manager with a deep understanding of modern recommendation systems to manage, lead and develop a team of ML researchers and engineers within the Applied Science team. In this role, you will lead the strategy of the Recommendation System innovation team. This is a hands-on operations role that requires you to be comfortable spending time on the floor, working through ambiguity, and using data to make the operation more reliable and efficient. Track core operating metrics including utilization, cycle time, throughput, downtime, operator productivity, and data quality.
