About the role We run one of the industry's largest AI compute fleets, spanning multiple cloud providers and datacenters, to train, research, and serve frontier AI models. Those fleets run on Kubernetes, and the Kubernetes Platform team owns the control plane that makes them work. We are operating at a scale where the defaults stop working. We own the scheduler and extend it to place topology-sensitive ML workloads across thousands of accelerators at once. We scale the control plane itself — apiserver, etcd, controllers — so it stays responsive as object counts and node counts grow by orders of magnitude. And we build the core cluster services every workload depends on, like service discovery, so they hold up under the same pressure. We make sure the control plane is fast, correct, and always available. Your work will directly determine whether Anthropic can keep reliably and safely training frontier models as our compute footprint continues to grow. We are seeking an experienced Fleet Support Inventory Planning Manager to lead a team of inventory and transportation planners responsible for ensuring parts availability that supports our service operations, field maintenance, and fleet uptime. This role is critical to maintaining high service reliability, minimizing vehicle downtime, and ensuring the right parts are positioned in the right locations based on usage patterns, service forecasts, and operational priorities. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in service parts planning, after-sales support, and spare parts lifecycle management. This individual will work cross-functionally with Service Operations, Field Maintenance, Procurement, Engineering, Logistics, and Finance to ensure service parts are accurately forecasted, sourced, stocked, and replenished across the network. In this role, you will: Lead and develop a team of service parts and transportation planners. Oversee inventory planning and replenishment for all service and maintenance parts. Build and execute service parts strategies balancing availability, cost, and working capital. Ensure material readiness to support scheduled and unscheduled fleet service with zero downtime. Manage part lifecycle transitions including new service parts, supersessions, revisions, and end-of-life. Maintain accurate SAP (S/4HANA) planning data, including MRP parameters, lead times, and safety stock. Analyze consumption trends, failure rates, and field demand to forecast and right-size inventory levels. Collaborate with Procurement and suppliers to ensure reliable lead times and supply continuity. Coordinate transportation and logistics to ensure timely delivery of critical service materials. Monitor and report on KPIs such as fill rate, backorders, days of supply, and fleet uptime impact.

As Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the full project life-cycle of design and construction for Zoox’s various real estate assets. Our capital projects include a wide variety of typologies- from office and amenities to engineering/R&D, manufacturing, testing/proving grounds, fleet operations, fleet charging and fleet service sites. Project sizes, complexity and budgets will vary from $50K to $30M+. You will own project delivery beginning with pre-lease site due diligence and project planning all the way through project occupancy and close out. The c candidate will need to know all aspects of project delivery- including fiscal and schedule, design, construction and delivery. In this role, you will: Responsible for leading multiple capital construction projects of various complexity from initiation through close-out, owning the entire project lifecycle from pre-design through commissioning. Provide critical financial and schedule management, including creating and monitoring control systems for cost estimates, budgets, value engineering, schedules, and change orders, and reviewing/approving all architect, engineer, contractor, and vendor invoices. Partner with internal cross-functional teams to develop project programs, masterplan campus/city level projects, and collaborate with real estate teams on due diligence and lease negotiations. Manage procurement by sourcing appropriate team members (External PMs, Architects, MEP Engineers, and other trades) through the RFP process and contract execution, and by developing/recommending the project delivery method (Design-Build, Design-Bid-Build or other). As Manager, Sensor Integration/Cleaning HW, you will lead a team responsible for ensuring Zoox vehicles can operate safely and reliably in real-world environments. You will manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers designing, integrating, validating, and launching sensor assemblies and sensor cleaning systems that maintain the performance of our autonomy sensors across a wide range of environmental conditions.
