WHAT YOU'LL DO Execute identity remediation initiatives across critical systems, eliminating orphaned accounts, stale access, excessive privileges, and unmanaged service accounts. Perform hands-on cleanup and risk reduction across accounts, entitlements, and privileged access in alignment with firm standards. Drive service security improvements, including remediation of clear-text passwords, credential vaulting and rotation, ownership validation, and enforcement of lifecycle controls. Support onboarding of applications and privileged accounts into the firm’s Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solution, and Privileged Access Management platforms in alignment to firm’s access control requirements. Reduce administrative access across critical platforms by identifying excessive privileged access and implementing least-privileged controls. Strengthen group and entitlement governance by simplifying complex group structures and aligning them to standardized access models. A CAREER WITH POINT72’S DATA SOURCING TEAM: We are looking for a Market Data Operations Associate to join our Enterprise Data Sourcing Team to help manage day-to-day market data operations around data governance, entitlement management, and market data support. In this role, you will support our expanding data requirements and strategic business initiatives around firmwide market data. Role Overview As the Head of Channel Partnerships at Pi Commerce, you will own the critical partnerships that give our platform its infrastructure channels and its global reach. This role comprises two halves, but carries one strategic mandate: secure and deepen the structural platform and carrier relationships that power our messaging core, while simultaneously building out the regional partner networks that scale our product across new geographies. Core Responsibilities & Ownership  Platform & Carrier Partnerships: Directly manage structural relationships with Meta (WhatsApp), Jio, and key telcos/aggregators backend infrastructure for SMS, RCS, and Voice. Own commercials, rate cards, technical access layer negotiations, BSP/ISV statuses, and co-marketing entitlements. Your success means securing better commercial terms, enhanced platform access, and early roadmap visibility.  Channel GTM Partnerships: Recruit, sign, and rapidly enable high-performing resellers, Systems Integrators (SIs), and distribution partners across the UAE and the wider GCC region. Build the full partner lifecycle framework from scratch, including partner selection, custom commercial matrices, enablement programs, and joint pipeline mechanics.  Partner-Sourced Revenue Pipeline: Carry a direct revenue quota.
