POSITION SUMMARY The role of an Estimator involves precisely calculating the costs of electrical construction projects and presenting the bids accordingly. To excel in this position, one needs to possess a deep knowledge of electrical construction, exceptional analytical abilities, and the capacity to handle multiple projects concurrently while adhering to strict timelines. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Examine and evaluate project blueprints, descriptions, and associated papers to comprehend the extent of the job and the prerequisites of the project. Prepare detailed estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and other project costs using established procedures and tools such as Microsoft Office, McCormick, Bluebeam, or other electrical estimating software . Partner with vendors, project managers, engineers, and BIM designers to develop and refine project scopes, schedules, and budgets. Participate in bid presentations and negotiate with clients to secure contracts for electrical construction projects. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients by serving as their primary point of contact and building trust through regular communication and follow-up. Manage client expectations by setting clear timelines, deliverables, and communication protocols. POSITION SUMMARY The Electrical Foreman is responsible for leading, supervising, and coordinating electrical crews on semiconductor construction projects, including advanced manufacturing facilities, cleanrooms, and other high-tech industrial environments. This position oversees the installation, modification, and completion of electrical systems in accordance with project drawings, specifications, schedules, quality standards, and applicable electrical codes. The Electrical Foreman works closely with project managers, general contractors, superintendents, engineers, other trades, and equipment vendors to ensure electrical work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with the unique requirements of semiconductor facilities. Responsibilities include coordinating manpower and materials, monitoring daily progress, resolving field issues, and maintaining strict safety and quality standards in environments where precision, cleanliness, and schedule adherence are critical. Position Summary The Prefab Technician supports CCE’s electrical prefabrication operations by assembling, preparing, labeling, and staging electrical components and assemblies for delivery to project sites. This hands-on role follows approved drawings, work instructions, quality standards, and safe work practices to produce accurate, installation-ready materials. Key Responsibilities Measure, mark, cut, bend, drill, fasten, and organize materials using approved tools and equipment within the employee’s training and qualifications. Review work orders, assembly details, and material lists; ask questions when information is unclear before proceeding. Check completed assemblies for accuracy, workmanship, labeling, and completeness; report defects and assist with corrections before shipment. Keep workstations, tools, and materials organized; report shortages, damage, and waste. Package, label, and stage finished assemblies to support accurate deliveries and efficient installation by field crews. Follow CCE safety procedures, use required PPE, and report hazards, near misses, and equipment concerns promptly. Coordi
