The B2B Retention Marketing team is responsible for building lasting relationships with our audiences through personalized, scalable, cross-channel experiences that drive retention and engagement. We take pride in being the trusted advisor for channel strategy, and the prominent customer advocate to our cross-functional partners — navigating them through every step of their DoorDash journey and empowering them with the right, personalized resources, education, and suite of solutions to maximize their business, at scale. About the Role As a Manager of Retention Marketing, you will be responsible for creating communications and lifecycle programs to increase adoption and activation of our DoorDash for Business product suite by company administrators and their employees / users (think B2B2C). You will collaborate with key stakeholders of the DoorDash for Business team, including product, eng, operations, and other marketers to move key business metrics through the use of CRM channels (email, push notifications, SMS, and in-app messaging).
