We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant for a one-year contract to provide high-trust, proactive support to a senior leader at Tenstorrent. This role will help the leader operate effectively by managing priorities, protecting focus time, coordinating complex schedules, and ensuring that key commitments move forward. The ideal candidate is highly organized, discreet, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, global technology environment. You will act as a trusted partner who anticipates needs, brings structure to ambiguity, and communicates confidently with stakeholders at all levels.In addition to executive support, this role will help coordinate the day-to-day logistics required to keep the Bengaluru site running smoothly.
