WHO YOU ARE: You are a Techno-functional Product Manager with 5+ years of Product Management experience who thrives at the intersection of technology and business. You will be responsible for driving product initiatives, managing integrations, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and impactful solutions. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Contribute into the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch Analyse consumer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships from an ROI and build vs. buy perspective Gain a deep understanding of existing systems, customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth Works with a cross-functional team to ensure fulfilment of product requirements, evaluates product performance and transition products from development to commercialization. Assists in determining product delivery and deployment dates for new product releases, feature and maintenance releases and regular corrective service or service pack releases. As an Insurance Senior Specialist, you will serve as the subject matter expert for Zocdoc's insurance taxonomy and related systems. You will own the policies, processes, and quality standards that ensure our insurance data is accurate, scalable, and aligned with product strategy. This role combines deep expertise in the U.S. health insurance landscape with strong analytical thinking to improve the patient search experience and strengthen the integrity of our insurance database. You will partner closely with Product, Operations, and Engineering teams to define insurance policies, monitor database health, and drive continuous improvements. Your work will directly influence how patients find in-network care by ensuring that our insurance taxonomies, carrier and plan coverage, and provider matching systems remain accurate, scalable, and responsive to changes in the healthcare market.
