The data we are producing is some of the most important work for how humanity will interact with AI. At the foundation of these products is the Identity Engineering team. In this role, you will help support the design and development of core software systems specifically focused on identity, access management, authorization, and authentication. You’ll also get widespread exposure to the forefront of the AI race as Scale sees it in enterprises, startups, governments, and large tech companies. You will: Drive the design, and implementation of our identity infrastructure to ensure secure authentication and authorization across enterprise systems. Overview: The Insights product delivers teleconferences, surveys, and in-person events to Guidepoint’s institutional and corporate clients. Teleconference transcripts are housed in a searchable portal covering diverse industries and topics, helping clients make informed decisions. All content features Advisors from Guidepoint’s global network and is curated by former investors, sell-side analysts, and industry professionals. As the Project Manager on the Insights team, you will serve as both a hands-on recruiter and a coach for our team of Associates and Research Managers. You will lead by example—actively sourcing, engaging, and securing high-quality advisors while also training and mentoring the team to optimize their performance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, has strong recruiting and communication skills, and enjoys developing junior talent. This is a hybrid position out of our New York office. What You’ll Do: Identify and recruit senior industry experts with private equity exposure for our teleconferences. Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone to secure expert participation. Work closely with our moderators to understand subject matter and manage the team to source the best advisors. Track and manage expert pipelines, ensuring consistent engagement and conversion. Train and mentor a team of Associates, helping them develop strong recruiting and communication skills. Monitor individual and team performance, providing feedback and coaching to improve results. Implement best practices in expert recruitment, refining outreach strategies and messaging. The role will report into the People Partner team, and act as a strategic partner to People Partners cross-functional teams, balancing risk management, compliance, and cultural alignment while fostering a fair, inclusive, and consistent employee experience. In this role, you can expect to Own the intake, assessment, investigation, and resolution of complex employee relations issues, including employee complaints, misconduct, performance concerns, policy violations, and sensitive workplace conflicts. Serve as the escalation point for high-risk or ambiguous matters, providing clear guidance on investigation strategy, risk exposure, and recommended outcomes.
