Who We Are Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together . We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion. Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work. About the Role: Notion has a very successful "land and expand" business model; our customers start using Notion for free, upgrade over time as they expand their teams, and embrace increasingly sophisticated use cases. Often, these users and champions are different than the person who has enterprise purchasing authority. The Demand Generation team serves as a dot-connecter across sales, marketing, and operation teams to identify, engage, and convert decision makers at our target mid market and enterprise companies. In this role, you will partner with demand generation teammates and sales stakeholders to ideate and execute in-person events, designed to help open, accelerate, and close business. As a Field Marketing Manager, you will own and execute field events that are Notion-hosted, third party, co-partnered, and ancillary to third party events. This strategic position focuses on driving pipeline that meaningfully contribute to Notion's bottom line. This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building
About the Team The GTM Enablement team helps OpenAI’s customer-facing organizations turn rapidly evolving AI capabilities into consistent, high-quality customer outcomes. We build the onboarding, learning experiences, playbooks, and knowledge systems that help teams develop technical depth, stay current, and confidently guide customers through successful AI adoption. About the Role We’re hiring a Field Enablement Lead, Technical Success to design and scale enablement for our rapidly growing technical customer-facing teams. You will own programs spanning onboarding, continuous skill development, technical pitches and demos, and subject-matter-expert knowledge sharing. Working closely with Technical Success leaders, Product Enablement, and technical SMEs, you will turn complex product knowledge and field experience into practical systems that improve readiness, consistency, and the quality of customer interactions and deployments. In this role, you will: Design, implement, and scale comprehensive enablement programs aligned to Technical Success onboarding, role-based skill development, and ongoing readiness needs. Redefine and operate the Subject Matter Expert (SME) program, creating clear pathways for technical experts to share knowledge and raise technical depth and consistency across GTM. Own and proactively maintain a versioned repository of technical pitches, demos, playbooks, and launch-ready assets. Partner with Technical Success leadership, Product Enablement, and product SMEs to identify skill gaps and deliver targeted learning interventions. Capture, vet, organize, and make field- and SME-generated technical content easy to discover, trust, and reuse. You might thrive in this role if you have: 5+ years of experience in technical enablement, solutions engineering, solutions architecture, technical success, or a related role. A proven track record of designing and scaling technical enablement programs in high-growth SaaS or technology environments. Exceptional

By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F , led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to to ship AI products. THE ROLE The Field Productivity & Enablement Lead is responsible for making our sales motion clear, practical, and repeatable. This person will help define how we sell at Baseten: how managers run the business, how reps qualify and advance deals, how sales works with FDE, product, marketing, and support, and how those expectations get turned into training and day-to-day habits. This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who excels at both strategy and execution. You'll shape the system, but you won't stop at slides or frameworks. You'll build the playbooks, run the training, coach to the behaviors, and help managers ensure the process is followed consistently. We're not looking for someone who wants to force-fit a single methodology onto the business. We're looking for someone who is fluent in MEDDIC/MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, Challenger, and similar approaches, and can take the best ideas from each, adapt them to a technical sales motion, and build an approach that fits how Baseten actually sells. You'll report to the Head of Enablement and Productivity. Frontline managers and reps are your primary customers. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage operating model. Define the core rhythms for frontline managers, including 1:1s, forecast calls, pipeline reviews, deal reviews, and coaching cadences. Create clear expectations for how managers inspect deals, coach reps, and drive consistency across the team. Sale
About the Team The OpenAI Robotics team is focused on unlocking general-purpose robotics and pushing towards AGI-level intelligence in dynamic, real-world settings. Working across the entire model stack, we integrate cutting-edge hardware and software to explore a broad range of robotic form factors. We strive to seamlessly blend high-level AI capabilities with the constraints of physical systems to improve peoples’ lives. About the Role OpenAI Robotics depends on high-quality real-world robot data from a large, live operational environment. That environment has many deployed workcells, changing configurations, and little tolerance for downtime. We are seeking a Field Engineer to help keep that environment running well. You will own the day-to-day technical health of robotic workcells used in ongoing data acquisition operations, diagnose and resolve failures across hardware and software, and build the practical tools, documentation, and support workflows that make operators and technicians more effective. The work is close to the floor, close to the failure modes, and close to the research impact. This role sits at the intersection of software, robotics hardware, and live operations. The best people in it are practical, technically sharp, calm under pressure, and motivated by making real systems work reliably at scale. This role will be based in San Francisco, CA 5 days per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees. In this role, you will: Serve as an engineering owner for keeping a fleet of robotic workcells online in daily operation. Diagnose, fix, mitigate, or escalate issues spanning mechanics, electronics, controls, software interfaces, logs, and configuration. Partner closely with technicians, operators, and engineering teams to improve scalable fleet support processes. Build or spec lightweight hardware and software tools that improve monitoring, diagnostics, recovery, and handoffs. Create documentation, SOPs, and diagnostic playbooks that turn en

We partner closely with customers, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Security to translate frontier AI capabilities into practical workflows that create real-world impact. Cybersecurity is one of the most urgent areas where AI can help. As frontier models become more capable at reasoning over code, logs, infrastructure, and security evidence, organizations need guidance on how to evaluate, validate, and deploy these systems safely. Our goal is to help customers move from identifying risks to implementing solutions. About the Role We are committed to bringing together people from diverse backgrounds and perspectives who are excited to help build and deploy safe, useful AI. We are seeking a solutions engineer to partner with our Enterprise customers and ensure they achieve tangible business value from our models through the OpenAI suite of products. You will partner with senior business stakeholders to understand their pre-sales needs, guide their AI strategy, and identify the highest value use cases and applications. You will work with business and technical teams to demonstrate the value of our solutions and recommend architectural patterns to kickstart their implementation and development. You will work closely with Enterprise Sales, Security, and Product teams. We are looking for a Field Security Specialist to help security leaders and hands-on practitioners understand how OpenAI models, APIs, Codex, and agentic workflows can be applied to real cybersecurity use cases. This is a customer-facing specialist role for someone who can move fluidly between CISO-level conversations, practitioner-level technical depth, and hands-on solution design. You’ll help customers evaluate OpenAI for workflows like secure code review, vulnerability triage, threat modeling, remediation, SOC workflows, detection en
