WHY BOX NEEDS YOU As part of the broader Go-To-Market (GTM) Enablement team, the Commercial Sales Enablement Manager will drive revenue growth by architecting and delivering strategic enablement programs that equip our Small and Medium Business (SMB) and Mid-Market sales teams with the strategies, skills, content, and modern tools necessary to accelerate productivity and win rates. In this role, you will operate as an autonomous subject matter expert and trusted advisor to Commercial Sales leadership. About The Role Help bring Cohere's enablement strategy to life for our field teams in North America. This generalist role will build and manage programs end-to-end, from design through rollout, measurement, and iteration, while working directly with managers and reps to ensure enablement drives results. You'll report to the Head of Sales Enablement and help establish operational rigor as this global function scales. The Opportunity As the Enablement Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enabling Postman’s global go-to-market organization across Sales and Post-Sales teams. This role owns a core set of the platforms the field runs on. You'll administer, configure, and continuously improve them, build AI and automation on top of the CRM to keep it clean and current, and run the adoption programs that make sure the field actually uses what we put in front of them.
