What you will be doing: Key responsibilities Your role will be encompass: Build and lead our Consulting Department in country (P&L responsibility). The leadership structure for this Department is a partnership, similar to those found in Management Consulting firms. Bring the best of our expertise from the other Departments to your clients on Data Science, Activation (e.g., media buying, CRM, …) and Creativity. Impact-driven with real sales abilities, you will have to embark our clients top executives (CMOs, CDO, sometime directly the CEOs) into a transformation of their marketing department and make sure Artefact/NetBooster is their preferred partner in this endeavour. As our Business Driver, you keep support for our leadership, recruiting, events and the office itself running smoothly, and you help with billing, so that our consultants, partners and directors can focus on their clients. Main Responsibilities # Area What you will do 01 Support for Partners and Directors Assist our partners and directors with calendars, travel, correspondence and the requests that come up between meetings. 02 Recruiting Coordination Schedule interviews between candidates and interviewers, keep the hiring calendar moving, and welcome candidates when they visit the office. 03 Staffing & Billing Support Help track who works on which project, and support the preparation of invoices.
