About the Role Bloomreach is looking for a Financial Controller to lead financial accounting, reporting, and compliance for our Dutch entities. The successful candidate will be strategic with technical accounting expertise, strong judgement and hands-on, operationally oriented. This role will be responsible for financial accuracy, controls and governance and financial reporting for a key operating entity with strong command of US GAAP and Dutch GAAP. You will be driving process improvement through automation and AI. You'll be the local finance owner for our Netherlands operations, working closely with global finance, controllership, and audit teams to keep our Dutch entities accurate, compliant, and efficient.
