Flight Authorization & Certification Engineer (6 Month Fixed-Term Contract(CDD))

At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done. We're looking for a strategic, execution-oriented marketing leader to step into a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover as Manager, Field Marketing EMEA South & META. In this role, you'll lead a team of seven people across four countries — Spain, Italy, Israel, and the UAE — driving demand generation, pipeline impact, and customer engagement programmes that directly support Snowflake's growth in two of EMEA's fastest-moving sub-regions. You'll manage five Senior Field Marketing Managers and two Field Marketing Specialists, working in close alignment with two Regional Vice Presidents (South EMEA & META) and their sales organisations. You'll also collaborate day-to-day with EMEA Strategic Events, Product Marketing (PMM), Growth Marketing, Partner Marketing, and other marketing functions to ensure your team's programmes are tightly integrated with the broader EMEA go-to-market strategy. This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll be accountable for team performance and development, the quality and cadence of regional field marketing programmes, and the commercial outcomes those programmes deliver — all within the context of stepping into an established, high-performing team mid-flight.
