This Role As an Enterprise Lead , you will own the success of Bolna’s largest and most strategic enterprise deployments. You will lead a team of Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs), ensuring enterprise customers move from business problem → deployment → measurable outcomes. You’ll work closely with CXOs and senior stakeholders on the customer side while partnering with Bolna’s Product, Engineering, and Business teams internally. This is a high-ownership role. You will be expected to bring structure to complex enterprise problems, drive execution through your team, and ensure that deployments are not just launched - but successful. You’ll operate at the intersection of enterprise delivery, customer success, technology, and business . What You’ll Do Lead and manage a team of FDEs , setting clear priorities, driving execution, and maintaining a high bar for customer delivery. Own the end-to-end success of strategic enterprise deployments - from scoping and solution design to launch, adoption, and expansion. Work directly with enterprise stakeholders and CXOs to understand business objectives, define success metrics, and communicate progress.
