The Software Engineer will join the self-service cloud growth team, empowering self-service customers and trial users to be successful. This role specifically focuses on human user onboarding and agents onboarding, directly influencing the successful growth of Elastic Cloud. What You Will Be Doing Working as a full stack engineer, contributing both to the backend and frontend of the product onboarding and trial experience. Designing and implementing new scalable features and APIs in our product. Working closely with PMs and designers to plan and design the features. Implementing agentic interfaces for onboarding and trial experience. Collaborate with Elastic solution teams to seamlessly integrate cloud and kibana onboarding flows.
