Full Stack Engineer, Enterprise Expansions

About Sentry Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building. Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future. About the Role Sentry already has a startup program: credits, partner deals with YC and a16z, a landing page with a terminal theme that developers actually think is cool. What we don't have is someone whose full-time job is making this program a real growth engine. That's this role. You'll own startup marketing end-to-end: the partner ecosystem, the community presence, the acquisition programs, the brand in rooms full of founders and early engineers. You'll take what exists today and turn it into something that makes Sentry the default monitoring choice for every new company shipping code. This role reports to the Head of Enterprise Marketing (yes, we get how this can be confusing, but she’s pretty cool) and works across Growth, Product Marketing, and DevEx. You'll have real autonomy to shape the strategy and build programs from scratch – but you'll also need to execute quickly, (kind of – we can explain more) measure what works, and kill what doesn't. In this role you will Build and scale startup partnerships. Expand relationships with accelerators, incubators, VC platforms, and startup deal aggregators. Make Sentry's credits program a no-brainer inclusion in every startup perks stack. Own the startup acquisition funnel. Design programs that move early-stage companies from free plan → credits program → paid customers → expansion. Instrument everything so we know where the pipeline is and where it leaks. Be Sentry's face in the startup ecosystem. Show up at demo days, founder events, and SF tech week. Build relationships with the people building the next generation of companies. Not because it's a line item, but because you'

About the Team Codex is OpenAI’s coding agent, helping developers write, review, and debug software. The broader Codex group combines research, engineering, design, and product to advance what AI agents can do. Codex Enterprise builds the agents and product capabilities that help organizations use Codex in their software development workflows. Unlike individual consumers, people at organizations work in teams, and our scope includes a product experience that works for those teams, building extensibility and discovery primitives, supporting enterprise administration and governance, and the capabilities that help us deploy Codex to organizations at scale. We help turn new agent capabilities into useful products that organizations can trust. About the Role We’re looking for a backend or backend-leaning full-stack engineer who pairs technical depth with strong product taste. You’ll build new products and major capabilities, help determine what shape they should take, and own the work from an ambiguous starting point through launch. Working closely with product managers and Forward Deployed Engineers, you’ll turn emerging needs and deployment insights into scalable product capabilities. The emphasis is on deeply technical product building, independent problem-solving, and thoughtful decisions about both user experience and system design. In this role, you will: Shape new Codex Enterprise products and features, applying product judgment to decide what to build and how it should work. Own projects from exploration through architecture, implementation, launch, and production operations, using feedback to guide ongoing iteration. Build ecosystem capabilities such as plugins, skills, hooks, and discovery experiences, alongside services for enterprise administration, governance, and usage visibility. Design reliable, secure, observable backend systems that support Codex experiences across web, IDEs, CLI, and CI/CD. Partner with product managers and Forward Deployed Engineers t

About the Team Enterprise Verticals builds role-specific ChatGPT Work experiences for high-value enterprise workflows. We combine product engineering, plugins and skills, connectors, data, evaluations, and customer evidence to turn useful demos into reliable daily work. This opening sits within the Technology vertical inside Enterprise Verticals. The group focuses on repeatable workflows for people at technology companies, beginning with functions such as data and analytics, sales, and design, and carries the shared platform needs—tool integration, permissions, quality measurement, and safe rollout—across those experiences. We work closely with Design, Research, GTM, Security, and platform teams, as well as with customers and design partners. Success means that people can reach a trustworthy first result, understand what the system did, and keep using the workflow—not merely that a prototype exists. About the Role We are looking for an exceptionally experienced, hands-on full-stack engineer to define and build the next generation of AI-powered enterprise workflows. You will take on the hardest and most ambiguous problems in the Technology vertical: translating real customer needs into product direction, designing the systems behind the experience, and personally writing and shipping production-quality code across the stack. You will own the technical direction and end-to-end delivery of products spanning ChatGPT Work surfaces, backend services, plugins, connectors, enterprise data, permissions, and evaluations. You will make foundational architecture and product tradeoffs; establish patterns other engineers can build on; and hold these experiences to a high bar for reliability, security, observability, and customer value. This is an individual-contributor role for an engineer who leads through technical judgment, direct execution, and influence—not people management. You should be equally comfortable working directly with customers, setting direction with senior cro

The team focuses on role- and skill-based learning paths, practical content, and product experiences that accelerate learning in the workplace. It brings together learning and enablement expertise, field insight, product signals, and measurement to improve learner and business outcomes. Together, these experiences will help enterprise users build practical AI skills, apply them with confidence in their work, and demonstrate what they can do. Employers will gain a clearer view of workforce skills and progress, helping them recognize capability, focus development where it matters most, and build confidence in workforce readiness. About the Role We’re looking for a full-stack engineer to define and build a new class of learning experiences. This is an early-stage product area where technical judgment, product sense, and learner empathy are critical. You will be setting a technical vision for how people use AI to learn how to use AI, safely and beneficially. This is a hands-on, 0-1 product engineering role with broad technical and product ownership. You’ll set direction, make foundational decisions, and ship the first versions of experiences that can grow into the default way people learn at work. You will drive full-stack product experiences end to end, from prototype through launch, instrumentation, iteration, and production hardening. The work spans interaction design, frontend implementation, backend APIs and services, learner state, content and runtime integration, telemetry, evaluation, reliability, safety, accessibility, and launch readiness. You’ll work closely with our education, GTM, and engineering teams to translate how people learn into products people want to use. bring role- and skill-based learning paths into the product, designing coaching, feedback, and adaptive support which responds to each lea
