Overview Instacart is seeking a reliable and execution-focused On-the-Ground Specialist to support Caper Cart deployments across retail partners. This role is critical in enabling scalable, high-quality launches by providing in-store support for testing, training reinforcement, and launch execution. The On-the-Ground Specialist Specialist works closely with Implementation and Operations teams to ensure carts are fully functional, store teams are supported, and launches are set up for success.
