Key Responsibilities To report for duties well groomed and in proper uniform (Hair cut Nails Uniform Shoes Pad pencil etc.) Attend briefing before start of shift and debriefing at the end of shift Check meal chart and diet chart of the patient at the beginning of the shift and note his dietary needs and also note his brief medical history To do all mis en place correctly before the service time to ensure agreed standards of service Provide food and beverage services to patients and their guest visitors in a proper manner Speak in a empathetic tone and communicate all information to his supervisor Keep track of all food services made during his shift by maintaining proper service delivery and clearance records at the site Check the room for replenishment of water and other food amenities placed in the room as per rule Provide food and beverage as per the prescribed diet (8 services per day) in correct service equipment and as per orders placed by the patient/visitor (A la carte ) Maintain a clean and neat work environment (service pantry) and keep breakages of service equipment to the minimal Take proper handover at beginning of shift and give correct handover before leaving (including logbook entries inventories checklists service and clearance cards etc.) Ensure proper mis-en-place and see that clean dry and proper equipment is used for patient and other services provided as per the SOP s laid down Co-ordinate with room service order taker and service supervisor for all room orders Address: 6th floor Inspire BKC Bharat Nagar Near Mahanagar Gas Opp ICICI Bank BKC Bandra East Mumbai 400051 Facility: NAVBHARAT DEVELOPERS FM MUMBAI BKC Qualification: 12th Experience: 2 - 2 years Source: Sodexo India | Job Code: IJP560631
