THE OPPORTUNITY We’re looking for a talented People Ops Analyst to join our People Team in Brazil - São Paulo! This is an incredible opportunity to join our People Operations Team in Brazil to support our general HR routines. In this role, you will partner closely with other analysts and report directly to the People Operations Sr. Manager. You will play a pivotal role in building a world-class journey for our "Wellhubbers," managing the employee lifecycle from their very first day to their last, while acting as a trusted operational partner to support all their needs along the way. YOUR IMPACT Manage the employee lifecycle: Own the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a welcoming, seamless experience for new hires, validating critical documentation, and transitioning departing team members smoothly. Partner with Payroll and Finance: Collaborate closely with the Payroll team to guarantee that monthly payroll variables and finance activities are communicated accurately and on schedule. About the role Our Sales team has a unique mission to help customers understand the deep impact that highly capable AI models can bring to their business and users. This role is a mixture of technical understanding, vision, partnership, and value-driven strategy. You’ll be a key driver of opportunities through the entire sales cycle, from pipeline generation to closure. You’ll work with researchers, engineers, and solution strategists to help customers evolve their industry with AI. This role is based in our São Paulo, Brazil office. We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees. To succeed in this position you must be fully bilingual—fluent in both Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
