Overview Construction Resources (CR) is a leading building products distributor serving the Southeast with a portfolio that includes countertops, appliances, lighting, garage doors, fireplaces, flooring, and more. As we expand into the Birmingham market, we are seeking a hands-on, results-driven Operations Manager to lead and oversee all local operational functions. This role will be the key driver of execution in the market, ensuring operational excellence, efficiency, and customer satisfaction as CR establishes a best-in-class presence. Key Responsibilities · Operational Leadership: - Direct all aspects of Birmingham operations, including warehouse operations, dispatch, fleet management, field service management, and installation performance. - Manage and support Warehouse, Dispatch, and Installation leadership to ensure seamless cross-functional execution. · Fabrication Oversigh
