Role Overview As Harvey grows, we’re taking on increasingly complex, cross-functional programs that cut across teams and require dedicated end-to-end ownership. These range from opening new entities and markets, to M&A and integration work, to evolving the systems and providers that support our employees around the world. You’ll run point on some of our key operational initiatives: bringing structure to ambiguous problems, building the plan, coordinating work across functions, and driving decisions and execution. This is a hands-on program management role — you’ll work closely with functional experts, but you’re expected to get into the substance, develop a point of view, and personally step into gaps wherever needed to drive the program forward.
