About the Role: As a Global Security Program Manager on Notion’s Global Safety & Security team, you’ll help protect our people, workplaces, and operations across a distributed global portfolio. This role exists to bring greater consistency to physical security programs as Notion scales—strengthening technology, vendor operations, incident readiness, and local execution without losing the welcoming experience we want employees and guests to feel. You’ll work across Workplace, People, IT, Legal, business leaders, vendors, and building partners, balancing hands-on operations with repeatable program design. This is a remote role based in the United States, with travel to Notion offices, events, and other locations expected—up to 50% based on operational needs. A Great Tuesday: Review regional differences in access control or visitor management and turn them into clear priorities for the global parity project. Work with a vendor or building manager to resolve a security gap, balancing local context with global standards. Draft an incident update, using AI to improve clarity, then validate the details and judgment behind the message. C

About the Role We’re hiring a Data Scientist to support Real Estate & Workplace (REW), a fast-moving global team focused on creating workplaces that help OpenAI’s people do their best work while scaling the company’s real estate and workplace operations. Our work is grounded in understanding how people use space and services, collaborate across physical and digital environments, and experience the workplace. REW’s scope spans portfolio strategy, design and construction, space planning, sustainability, workplace experience, and global operations. You’ll work comfortably across this broad, sometimes messy data landscape and build trusted relationships across the domain. The work informs high-impact decisions with immediate, visible effects—from where teams work and how space and services are allocated to which investments move forward and how workplace experiences evolve. This is a high-ownership Data Science role spanning analytical strategy and hands-on execution. Working at the forefront of AI-native analytics, you’ll help define the future of workplace operations at OpenAI rather than follow an established playbook. You’ll shape REW’s Data Science roadmap, identify where forecasting, experimentation, and optimization can drive impact, and translate business priorities into an analytical plan. About The Role: As Global Head of Land Revenue, you’ll be the global owner for technical new-business strategy, pipeline, and conversion—a customer-facing, technical revenue leadership role, not a RevOps or sales operations role. You’ll own Notion’s Land number (net-new and upgrade iARR across regions), work closely with EPD and Product, and step into high-stakes technical conversations with customers and partners as Notion shifts from product-led to sales-led selling in an AI-native world. This role is the global owner for new business standards, pipeline programs, and operating cadence. You’ll set the way for landing new business revenue globally, partner with Regional GMs who own regional P&L outcomes, and ensure consistent execution through scalable programs, playbooks, enablement, and governance.
