Position Overview: As a Group Copy Supervisor, you will lead the development of compelling, strategy-driven content focused on market access, payer, reimbursement, and Patient Support Program audiences across multiple therapeutic areas. You will oversee junior writers, ensuring the highest standards of medical accuracy, strategic alignment, and compliance with regulatory guidelines. In collaboration with cross-functional teams, you will help shape messaging that clearly communicates clinical and economic value to access stakeholders, maintain consistency, and mentor junior and mid-level writers. This role requires both hands-on writing expertise and strong leadership skills. The Group Sales Representative for the Los Angeles area discovers, develops, and maintains benefits brokerage relationships that result in the ongoing sales and retention of Humana's Group benefit products for distribution in a specific region. The Group Sales Representative will be held accountable for the achievement of production through tenacious broker development. Brokers should view them as the benefits experts for all products that the executive will sell in the given territory.
