You’ll own lifecycle campaigns and email marketing, build and monitor user funnels, and study how different cohorts adopt the platform. When you find a drop-off, you’ll help address it -whether that means a better email journey, clearer product education, or an experiment with the product managers. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role. You’ll work across user data, lifecycle campaigns, email, and product experiments: finding where different users get stuck, building ways to help them move forward, and measuring what changes. Responsibilities Own the user lifecycle: Build and improve journeys across signup, activation, repeat usage, paid conversion, retention, and reactivation.
