In this role, you will own a portfolio of commercial technologies and be responsible for their strategy, roadmap, performance, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with commercial teams to understand their needs, identify opportunities, prioritize investments, and ensure the tools you own deliver measurable value. A key part of the role is also preparing our commercial technology stack for AI and automation. You will use agentic software tools and AI coding assistants to build custom workflows, integrations, and solutions that improve how our GTM teams operate. What are your responsibilities? Own the roadmap: Define and maintain the roadmap for the tools in your portfolio, balancing business priorities, user needs, technical opportunities, and platform capabilities. Optimize the tech stack: Improve how existing tools are configured and used, drive adoption of new capabilities, and identify opportunities to consolidate or replace technology. Build AI & automation solutions: Use agentic development tools and AI coding assistants to build workflows, integrations, scripts, and applications that solve GTM challenges. As it grows and matures, the needs of the GTM stack get more sophisticated with scale — and this team exists to stay ahead of those needs. This role owns a core set of the platforms the field runs on. You'll administer, configure, and continuously improve them, build AI and automation on top of the CRM to keep it clean and current, and run the adoption programs that make sure the field actually uses what we put in front of them. We're an AI-native company scaling fast, and we want to add sophistication without adding drag — you'll be the person deciding how much system is enough. This isn't a classic Salesforce admin role. You know the ecosystem, but you come at it as a builder and an orchestrator, not a ticket-taker. Central RevOps is the systems and operations center of excellence for Baseten's GTM org. The stack includes Salesforce, Pylon, Outreach, Sales Navigator, Clay, and a growing set of AI-native GTM tools. The field is scaling fast, and the systems need to mature with it without slowing anyone down. You'll co-own Salesforce with our other GTM Systems Manager and work alongside a GTM Engineering team who builds internal AI products for GTM productivity — plus partner closely with sales leadership and the field. Job & Department Summary Showpad’s Revenue Operations team owns the systems, data, and operating processes that allow the go-to-market organization to sell, service, and grow revenue. The team spans five disciplines — GTM Systems, Deal Desk, Business Intelligence, Sales Operations, and GTM Strategy — across North America, EMEA, and India. The GTM Project Manager exists to make that team deliver predictably. Today, Revenue Operations runs a large and highly interdependent portfolio, and the senior specialists who should be solving commercial and technical problems are instead managing their own project logistics: chasing stakeholders, scheduling follow-ups, keeping tickets current, and reporting status. This role takes that work off them and does it better. The role is based in Pune and reports to the Director, GTM Strategy. It supports the entire Revenue Operations team rather than any single function, and it is deliberately positioned as a delivery role, not an administrative one. The person in this seat is expected to hold senior stakeholders to commitments, surface risk before a date slips rather than after, and own a subset of projects end to end. How the role splits Approximately 25% of the role is ownership of the Revenue Operations backlog in Jira: data accuracy, delivery governance, reporting, cadence, and direct management of selected projects. The remaining 75% is embedded delivery support across Deal Desk, Business Intelligence, GTM Systems, Sales Operations, and GTM Strategy — driving the cross-functional projects those functions depend on, and unblocking the dependencies between them.
