This role sits at the intersection of partner enablement, knowledge architecture, instructional design, and AI. Rather than simply creating learning content, you will architect how partner knowledge is captured, structured, connected, and delivered across multiple experiences—including instructor-led training, digital learning, just-in-time guidance, and conversational learning agents.
