About The Role: We're looking for a Head of Enterprise Segment, Japan to lead Notion's Enterprise GTM motion in Japan as we evolve how we sell, build, and deliver outcomes for our largest customers. This is a senior second-line leadership role, leading leaders and teams across the Enterprise segment, with accountability for new logo acquisition, expansion, renewals, and the quality of execution that produces durable customer outcomes. This person will play an integral role in scaling Notion's evolving GTM motion in Japan. You'll help define what great looks like for the Enterprise segment: how teams identify the right accounts, create urgency with executives, diagnose workflows, run compelling first and second meetings, deliver live builds and value narratives, and hand customers off into adoption with clarity.
