About the role We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Director of Payroll to join our growing Finance team in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of international payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of payroll services to our employees across multiple countries. This role will report to our Head of International Accounting with a dotted line to the Head of Global Payroll. Responsibilities: Execute full-cycle payroll processing for APAC international entities including India, Japan, South Korea, Australia, Singapore, and many more as we expand. Support expansion of payroll operations to new countries including Singapore, New Zealand, and others Support Corporate Accounting with month-end payroll related accounting tasks and questions Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and employment laws across all jurisdictions Manage relationships with third-party payroll providers Respond to employee inquiries regarding international payroll matters in a timely and professional manner Partner closely with the equity team to process stock options Resolve international tax notices from various tax authorities Collaborate with People, Tax, Global Mobility, Finance, and other departments to resolve payroll disc
