About the Role We're hiring a Head of Brand to set the direction for how Ramp shows up in the world. The Brand team — ~10 designers, writers, motion designers, illustrators, and producers today — defines Ramp's identity across every surface our customers see: product launches, integrated campaigns, customer marketing, web, events, social, sales materials, and the product itself. We help the rest of the company move fast and ship beautifully by building the principles, systems, and standards that let us scale. You'll lead this team. You'll set the visual identity and the voice. You'll build the AI pipelines that turn everyone else at Ramp into a good Brand Designer. You'll report to our VP of Design and work directly with our Co-CEOs to shape the future of the company. The Role As a registered Commodity Trading Advisor (CTA) with the CFTC and member of the NFA, compliance is foundational to everything Pillar does. We are looking for a Head of Compliance to build, operate, and scale Pillar's global compliance function. This is not a maintenance role. You will own Pillar's regulatory posture end-to-end: keeping the business fully compliant in the U.S., designing frameworks for new jurisdictions as we expand globally, and serving as a strategic partner to the executive team on product, structure, and market entry. You will sit at the intersection of regulation, product, and strategy, with a direct line to leadership and a mandate to build the compliance function from the ground up.
