About the Role InStride Health is seeking a Coach Manager to lead and develop a team of coaches delivering high-quality, evidence-based support to our patients and families. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Coaching, you will provide day-to-day people leadership, performance management, and operational oversight for your team while serving as an important connection point between coaches and the broader Coaching Department. This HRBP role sits within the HR Business Partner team, supporting the Corporate Functions (Finance, Accounting, IT, Infosec and Legal) and Marketing client groups. You'll partner closely with Senior HR Business Partners to deliver a world class day-to-day experience for employees and managers, with a strong focus on employee relations and building the coaching capability of our first-line and mid-level managers.
