Key Responsibilities: * Own end-to-end recruitment for Tech roles across various levels and skill sets. * Manage volume hiring and multiple open positions simultaneously. * Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, databases and other channels. * Screen profiles and conduct initial HR discussions to assess candidate fit. * Partner closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and drive closures. * Coordinate and manage bulk hiring drives, walk-ins and weekend hiring drives as required. * Build and maintain a strong pipeline of relevant tech talent. * Ensure timely interview scheduling, feedback tracking and candidate follow-ups. * Manage offer discussions, candidate engagement and joining follow-ups. * Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers and hiring dashboards. * Work on improving sourcing strategies and turnaround time for high-volume requirements.
