Design, improve, and deliver programs across performance management, career development, coaching, and recognition to support managers and individual contributors. Drive key HR cycles, including performance, compensation, and talent reviews, within your business area while aligning with global standards and practices. Stay current on HR best practices and regulatory changes, and proactively guide leaders on their implications for teams.
