About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment team. The intern will assist in sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and managing recruitment databases. Key Responsibilities: * Assist the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms. * Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. * Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers. * Conduct initial HR screening calls with candidates. * Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers. * Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms. * Support the team with offer roll-out and candidate follow-ups. * Assist in employer branding and campus hiring initiatives. Buyer – Admin Real Estate & HR Procurement: Role Overview: The Buyer – Admin, Real Estate & HR Procurement will be responsible for managing end-to-end sourcing and procurement activities across Administration, Facility Management, Lease Rentals, and HR-related categories. The role includes vendor sourcing and management, commercial negotiations, contract and lease administration, PR-to-PO processing, spend analysis, and ensuring the timely procurement of goods and services in compliance with company procurement policies. The ideal candidate should possess strong negotiation, analytical, stakeholder management, and coordination skills, along with a service-oriented approach and a keen eye for detail.
