About the Role We are looking for a bright, kind and goal oriented Industrial Engineering Lead to join the Stitch Fix Industrial Engineering Team. In this role you'll be responsible for onsite process improvement and cost savings initiatives within our warehouses. Qualification
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering 5+ years of experience, primarily with implementing automated systems; Travel: 20% Nice to Have: Exposure to warehouse fulfillment environments Six sigma certification Proficient in Minitab Proficient with Takt LMS and Softeon WMS Experience with discrete-event simulation software (e.g., FlexSim, similar) Why you'll love working at Stitch Fix
