About the Team OpenAI’s Industrial Compute organization is building the infrastructure required to develop and operate increasingly capable AI systems at global scale. The Manufacturing Operations team works across Hardware Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Manufacturing Quality, Rack Integration, System Enablement, Supply Chain, Logistics, Deployment, and Hardware Operations to convert complex hardware designs into reliable production systems. We partner closely with ODMs, JDMs, contract manufacturers, and component suppliers to ensure that servers, racks, networking equipment, and supporting infrastructure are manufactured, validated, and delivered at the quality and scale required by OpenAI. About the Role We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead manufacturing operations programs across OpenAI’s hardware supply base in Singapore and the broader APAC region. You will own cross-functional execution from new product introduction through production ramp and sustaining operations. You will coordinate manufacturing partners and internal engineering teams around factory readiness, capacity, material availability, build plans, validation, quality gates, issue resolution, and delivery commitments. This role requires strong technical fluency, disciplined program management, and the ability to operate directly with manufacturing partners in fast-moving, high-stakes environments. You should be comfortable working at both the factory floor and executive-review levels, translating complex manufacturing conditions into clear risks, decisions, and recovery plans. This role is based in Singapore and requires regular travel to manufacturing partners across the APAC region. Key Responsibilities Lead manufacturing operations programs for AI servers, racks, networking systems, and related infrastructure across regional manufacturing partners. Own integrated program plans spanning NPI, factory readiness, material availability, tooling, test development, qualification,
About the Team The Consumer Products team at OpenAI builds the hardware that brings advanced AI technology directly into people’s hands. We design, engineer, and manufacture next-generation consumer devices that combine elegant design, robust engineering, and cutting-edge AI. Our team spans mechanical, electrical, and systems engineering — partnering closely with industrial design, operations, and software to create seamless, high-quality experiences that make AI more accessible and useful. About the Role As a Hardware Engineer on the Consumer Products team, you’ll contribute to the design, development, and integration of complex hardware systems for new AI-driven devices. You’ll work across disciplines to translate early product concepts into reliable, scalable, and beautifully crafted products ready for mass production. This role is based in Singapore. We follow a hybrid model (four days per week in the office) and offer relocation support for new employees. Occasional travel to manufacturing partners may be required. In this role, you will: Design, prototype, and validate mechanical and electrical subsystems from early development through mass production. Collaborate closely with design, operations, and manufacturing teams to ensure quality, reliability, and scalability. Drive DFM/DFA reviews, design iterations, and bring-up of prototype and pilot builds. Debug complex system-level issues and lead root-cause investigations and resolutions. Partner with global suppliers and cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution from concept to launch. You might thrive in this role if you: Have 6+ years of experience in consumer hardware, consumer electronics, or advanced product development. Bring deep technical fluency in mechanical, electrical, or systems engineering (cross-disciplinary experience a plus). Have taken at least one consumer product from concept to mass production. Are energized by hands-on problem solving, iteration, and building in fast-paced enviro

In this role, you will: Build and Lead the Team: Hire, coach and develop the Asia Pacific Solutions Architecture organization, and establish in-region depth rather than relying on support flown in from other regio
About the role As a Deployment Strategist, you'll work as part of a driven and creative team of Forward Deployed Engineers, Go to Market professionals, Product Engineers and other Strategists to deploy ElevenAgents, our enterprise AI platform, against the challenging problems our customers face. Your mission is to synthesize disconnected streams of thought into a cohesive understanding of what the most important problem is, what the existing workflows are, what the product needs, what users are motivated by, and where the impact could be. No two days are the same, but as a Deployment Strategist you can expect to: Meet with strategic customers to deeply understand their AI transformation goals and locate their biggest pain points, particularly around customer-facing and operational workflows powered by AI agents. Own flagship deals end-to-end — from identifying the right use case to structuring commercial terms (including outcome-based pricing, license fees, and implementation arrangements) and driving them to close. Embed yourself deeply inside strategic customers: act as a trusted partner with a provisioned account, spend meaningful time onsite, and own delivery outcomes as if you were part of their team. Identify high-impact use cases through close engagement with customer problems and workflows, and collaborate with Forward Deployed Software Engineers to bring them to life.
