Take Ownership As an Internal Auditor - Regulatory Compliance, you will own: Conduct compliance audits across all business lines (AML, KYC, data protection, market conduct) and identify gaps with concrete remediation recommendations. Build and execute the audit roadmap, prioritizing high-risk regulatory domains and ensuring systematic coverage across our markets. Drive remediation tracking with business teams, ensuring findings are addressed and root causes fixed, not just symptoms. What You'll Work on Right Away Compliance Audit Program: Design and execute the first multi-domain compliance audit program, covering AML/KYC, data protection, market conduct, and operational risk, delivering findings and a forward remediation roadmap. High-Risk Compliance Assessment: Conduct a deep-dive audit into bunq's highest-risk regulatory areas (likely payment services directives, data governance, or market-specific regulations depending on your markets), identifying systemic gaps and building a remediation plan.
