The Role This is a newly created position within Multiverse’s Legal team, reporting directly to the General Counsel. As we expand our international footprint, this role is vital in establishing our in-house legal capability across both the UK and German markets. You will serve as the primary legal partner for our German operations—including StackFuel GmbH and future acquisitions—while providing commercial legal support to the UK business. About the Role This role will serve as Ramp's first international legal counsel in London, providing day-to-day support on product, regulatory, commercial, employment, corporate, and operational issues as Ramp builds out its European presence. As primary day-to-day contact for our clients, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance and building strong, trusted relationships that span the globe. Key Responsibilities Serve as lead client contact for assigned clients and coordinate the delivery of company secretarial services in collaboration with in-country experts. Respond promptly and professionally to client queries and requests, ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction. Proactively monitor deadlines and ensure ongoing compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. Prepare and file statutory documents including annual returns, confirmation statements, and regulatory filings with Companies House.
