Main Responsibilities As a Senior Consultant in our Zurich/Lausanne office, you will work at the intersection of strategy consulting and data and AI delivery. You will: Strategy Development: Work with client leadership teams to address high-stakes questions. How can AI reshape our business model? How should we govern and organise for data? Which strategic programmes deliver the most impact? Structured Problem-Solving: Break complex challenges down into decisions a client can act on, combining consulting rigour with a working knowledge of what current AI can and cannot actually do. Solution Design: Turn a business question into a solution shape — what data it depends on, what kind of platform or product it should sit on, and what “good” looks like once it is built. You will do this alongside our data scientists and engineers. Project Delivery: Support engagements end to end, from hypothesis framing and market and competitor analysis through to data maturity assessments, client workshops, governance design and implementation roadmaps. Client Engagement: Work closely with C-level stakeholders and business unit leaders. You will build trusted relationships, communicate recommendations with clarity, and keep the work aligned to what the client is actually trying to decide. The Role Our Zurich team has grown to a size where keeping the office and the team’s operations running is a job in its own right. With our new office, we now have the place for it, and we are looking for the person to take it on. As our Business Driver, you keep support for our leadership, recruiting, events and the office itself running smoothly, and you help with billing, so that our consultants, partners and directors can focus on their clients. Main Responsibilities # Area What you will do 01 Support for Partners and Directors Assist our partners and directors with calendars, travel, correspondence and the requests that come up between meetings. 02 Recruiting Coordination Schedule interviews between candidates and interviewers, keep the hiring calendar moving, and welcome candidates when they visit the office. 03 Staffing & Billing Support Help track who works on which project, and support the preparation of invoices. You will understand how our projects are set up well enough to know when and what needs to be invoiced. 04 Events Plan and run team and client events, from venue and catering to invitations and coordination on the day. 05 Office Management Keep the office working: supplies, fruit and drinks, post and deliveries, and contact with suppliers and building management. 06 Office Projects Take a short brief and deliver a finished result on your own, whether that means setting up a new meeting space or finding the right supp
