The Role We’re hiring our first DevOps Engineer to build and own the infrastructure layer that powers everything we do — from developer velocity to production uptime. You’ll design, implement, and maintain the systems and tooling that keep our software lifecycle secure, scalable, and fast. This is a foundational hire: you’ll be given wide technical latitude and trusted to help shape our DevOps culture, tooling, and long-term approach to reliability and automation. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain Github CI/CD pipelines to accelerate developer velocity and minimize deployment risk. The Role Mach Industries is seeking a Lead Manufacturing Engineer to own the Vehicle Assembly system and production launch for our autonomous defense vehicles. You will deliver the factory designs, stations, tooling, conveyance, and automation needed to go from late-stage prototype builds to full-rate production at Mach's Forge factories, at world-class first-pass yield and production rates. As a technical lead for vehicle assembly, you'll work closely with Build Engineering, Design Engineering, Manufacturing Operations, Quality, Automation Engineering, Supply Chain, Material Flow, and outside equipment vendors. This is a hands-on technical role with direct reports. You'll shape product designs early, lead builds and production ramps, and mentor a growing team of manufacturing engineers. This role suits an engineer who takes full ownership, solves problems from first principles, and moves quickly without compromising safety or quality. The Role As Lead Manufacturing Engineer, Joining, you'll be Mach's go-to expert on how our vehicles are held together: when to bolt, rivet, bond, or combine methods. You'll own torque tooling and adhesive dispense standards in Mach's prototype factory. That means selecting, buying and deploying the tools our technicians use to build every vehicle, and making sure each joint is tightened right, every torque curve is reported, and every bead of adhesive meets profile inspection criteria. You'll push the field forward through research and development (R&D) on new materials, hardware and processes; from designing experiments, to building test articles, partnering with suppliers and moving what works into production. This is a hands-on technical leadership role with direct reports. The Role Mach Industries is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, Turbomachinery Balancing to establish, qualify, and scale balancing processes for our turbomachinery hardware. This role will support turbine wheels, compressor impellers and blisks, shafts, and complete rotating assemblies, taking balancing operations from development builds through repeatable production. You will own the balancing process, including equipment selection and commissioning, tooling development, measurement validation, balance correction, and production implementation. We are looking for someone who has personally set up balancing stations, worked directly with rotating hardware, and demonstrated that the equipment, tooling, and process can consistently meet engineering requirements. Working closely with Design Engineering, CNC Manufacturing, Quality, Test, and Automation, you will build a reliable internal balancing capability and translate specialized technical knowledge into robust processes that technicians can execute at production rate.
