We are making eCommerce accessible for Tier-2+ markets who are new to eCommerce and have almost never transacted online before. Our Design team is as diverse as our users. About the role If you love designing, keeping users first, getting deep into data and enhancing user experiences, you may be our next Lead Product Designer!As a Lead Product Designer, you will be responsible for driving design across key charters, and mentoring/managing juniors working on these charters. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Business, Data, and Engineering teams to identify problems and craft experiences that are both impactful and delightful. Alongside taking ownership of complex individual contributor work, you will also mentor and manage a small team of designers—helping them grow while driving quality across the board.
