About the team The Product Design team is made up of several groups that define, create, and deliver all user-facing aspects of Stripe’s brand and product. Product Designers are strategic partners to Engineering and Product Management within their product area. In close collaboration with product teams, they shape user experiences, then translate them into high-quality designs that can be tested, shipped, and refined. Designers are responsible for building elegant, functional products that users love—and want to tell others about. As a part of the Connect design team, you'll lead product development for the largest complex users on Stripe—marketplaces such as Doordash and Lyft, and platforms such as Shopify and Woo. You'll drive the vision for how these marketplaces and platforms manage risk and compliance for their business and their users in the US and internationally. You'll work with other designers on the team to define the future of the experience for all Connect users on the dashboard.
