The Role Mach Industries is seeking a Machine Maintenance Technician to own the preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of our CNC machines and supporting manufacturing equipment. You will ensure our equipment remains safe, reliable, and capable of supporting both rapid development and production operations. This is a hands-on role requiring strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, practical experience servicing CNC equipment, and the ability to independently manage maintenance priorities across a growing machine shop. You will establish maintenance schedules, diagnose machine alarms and alignment issues, complete repairs, and coordinate with equipment manufacturers when specialized service is required. Working closely with Manufacturing Engineering, Production, and Quality, you will help reduce unplanned downtime and prevent recurring equipment failures. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will own and scale the training, data, and edge-inference backbone that every vision and multi-sensor model on our product lines depends on for detection, tracking, search, navigation, targeting, and automatic target recognition. This is a broad, high-ownership role: you'll stand up the data and training infrastructure that lets the autonomy team iterate fast, generate synthetic data to cover the long tail, and get research-grade models running in real time on embedded hardware in flight.
