As we continue to scale our global platform, the Maintenance Technician will play a critical role in sustaining safe, efficient operations across Fulfillment, Distribution, and Manufacturing Sites. ROLE OVERVIEW The Maintenance Technician supports the operation of Fanatics Commerce Fulfillment Centers, Distribution Centers, and Manufacturing Sites by performing troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on facility assets, manufacturing equipment, automation equipment, and material handling systems. This role is responsible for the safety, quality, and timely execution of maintenance activities spanning conveyors, robotics, forklifts, electrical systems, plumbing, and other general maintenance functions. The Maintenance Technician delivers business and fan impact through BOLD leadership and execution excellence, leveraging data, automation, and AI-enabled insights. As we continue to scale our global platform, the Facilities Lead will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation and maintenance of Fanatics Commerce Fulfillment and Manufacturing Centers. ROLE OVERVIEW The Facilities Lead is critical to the smooth operation of our Fulfillment and Manufacturing Centers, responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of the Facility, Automation Equipment, Manufacturing Equipment, Material Handling Assets, Housekeeping, and Grounds. This position reports to the Facilities Manager and Supervisor and serves as a strategic partner to the Operations Team, performing advanced troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance to maximize site success. ABOUT THE ROLE: As a Lead Technician on SpaceXSI's power generation team, you will lead the technician crew for on-site generation that powers high-density AI supercomputing facilities in the Southaven / Memphis area. You will work across plant, process, and electrical systems — gas turbine packages, balance-of-plant, fuel gas and fluid systems, and medium-voltage electrical through 34.5 kV. RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform and lead operations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair across plant mechanical, process/fluid, and electrical systems, including gas turbines and generators, balance-of-plant equipment, fuel gas, water, compressed/instrument air, HVAC and cooling, and plant electrical systems up to 13.5 kV / 34.5 kV Serve as the working technical lead on assigned jobs, shifts, and outages: sequence work, coordinate across disciplines, and keep execution aligned with the supervisor’s priorities and live plant conditions Mentor plant, process, and electrical technicians through on-the-job training, technical guidance, and quality checks — without owning hiring, performance reviews, or formal people management Execute and support switching, isolation, LOTO, start-up, shutdown, r

This is an on-site role with expectations of 100% in-office presence in Mesa, AZ. This position is available on the AM shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM), five days per week, including at least one weekend day.
