ROLE OVERVIEW The Facilities Lead is critical to the smooth operation of our Fulfillment and Manufacturing Centers, responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of the Facility, Automation Equipment, Manufacturing Equipment, Material Handling Assets, Housekeeping, and Grounds. This position reports to the Facilities Manager and Supervisor and serves as a strategic partner to the Operations Team, performing advanced troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance to maximize site success. The Facilities Lead delivers business and fan impact through BOLD leadership and execution excellence, leveraging data, automation, and AI-enabled insights. ROLE OVERVIEW The Maintenance Technician is critical to the smooth operation of the Fanatics Commerce Fulfillment Center located in Aberdeen, MD, responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on facility assets, material handling systems, and conveyor equipment. This role demands hands-on expertise across mechanical and electrical disciplines — including PLCs, VFDs, and motor controls — while maintaining strict adherence to safety standards and operational procedures. Work Flexibility: Onsite Schedule 1st Shift: Mon – Fri, 6AM – 4PM What you will do- Responsible for accurate inventory tracking and record keeping, warehouse inventory cycle counting and optimizing inventory utilization Arrange merchandise for transport (on delivery and return) and at customer locations Read maps and route configuration Perform safety inspections in transportation setting Load, unload, or stack containers, materials, or products while checking for sterility, missing/broken implants & instruments Perform and/or schedule preventative and regular minor maintenance on company delivery vehicle, (fuel, fluid levels, tires, etc.), and keeps accurate maintenance records Advise supervisor when repairs or extensive maintenance are required for the company vehicle Field customer complaints, address and communicate as necessary to Branch team members Warehouse responsibilities as needed and directed Complete other duties as assigned What you need - Required: 2&#43; years of experience Meet requirements of all customer credentialing High School diploma or equivalent Valid Driver’s license with good driving record Ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs Ability to work flexible hours, as needed to support the business needs, including weekend and evening call as needed Participate in on-call rotation schedule Preferred: Warehouse/Inventory Control experience in a demanding, fast-paced environment
