Rattaché(e) au CTO, vous jouez un rôle central dans le cadrage, la conception, le déploiement et le passage à l'échelle de solutions d'IA à fort impact business pour nos clients grands comptes. Ce qu’on attend de vous : En tant que Manager, vous garantissez l'excellence technique et la valeur délivrée sur vos projets (ML, GenAI, MLOps) tout en assurant l'encadrement, le coaching et le développement de carrière des Data Scientists. Vous êtes l'interlocuteur privilégié des décideurs (C-level), participez au rayonnement de l'expertise Artefact et pilotez la croissance de l'équipe. Vos missions : Piloter des projets IA de bout en bout : du cadrage des cas d'usage avec les parties prenantes business jusqu'à la mise en production de solutions mesurables.
