Toast creates technology to help restaurants and local businesses succeed in a digital world, helping business owners operate, increase sales, engage customers, and keep employees happy. We're building a new source of truth for employee earnings — from real-time tip pooling and redistribution to wage calculation and earnings retrieval — and we care deeply about getting the math right: our systems directly influence what employees take home. If you're excited to build calculation infrastructure where correctness and scale matter in equal measure, and where the work has a real impact on product revenue and employee livelihoods, we'd love to hear from you.
