The Datadog Security design team (K9 Design, as we lovingly call it) is hiring a senior product design manager to lead design across our security products. This is a chance to shape an industry-leading experience for a new kind of Datadog user: security practitioners who need to catch threats where they start, stop them when they land, and shut down exposures before they turn into something worse. You'll lead a team of designers at various stages of their careers across cloud, code and data security, turning an overwhelming amount of signal into something a security team can act on. DRUIDS is the design system behind every Datadog surface, used daily by more than a hundred designers and thousands of engineers across thirty-plus products. You'll lead the team that owns it: designers and design engineers who set the system's direction, hold the quality bar for what ships, and build the tools that make designing in code the default way to work. When something fails, this team's work explains why and shows how it's affecting the outcomes customers actually care about. It's a fast-moving space with few established patterns, which gives this team real room to define what best-in-class looks like. As Senior Design Manager, you'll lead a team of four designers across these three connected product areas, going deep enough on the domain (AI training and development workflows, evaluations, GPU infrastructure, agent debugging) to raise the quality bar, sharpen the product point of view, and mentor the team already doing this work. B2B go-to-market software has historically been where design ambition goes to die. The tools are powerful but joyless. Dense, generic, admin-heavy, and built for process more than delight. AI gives us a chance to rebuild the category from first principles. Mutiny is building the agentic GTM platform that helps revenue teams create the work they need to win. Sellers and marketers should not have to wait on five internal teams to move a deal forward.
