About the role We are hiring for a Director, Strategy and Growth Initiatives to help define and drive the long-term strategy and growth of the company. As our Director, you’ll identify where the business should go next, shape the long-term vision with senior leadership, and turn that into actionable initiatives that drive durable growth. You’ll work across Product, Marketing, Analytics, and other functions to solve the company’s most important and ambiguous problems, and ensure those strategies translate into real outcomes. In this role, you can expect to Identify and lead high-impact strategic initiatives that drive long-term growth and business durability Analyze market, competitor, and consumer trends to inform company strategy and priorities Partner closely with senior leaders to shape long-term vision and drive alignment across the organization Translate strategy into actionable plans and ensure initiatives are executed across cross-functional teams Develop deep analytical insights and research to support decision-making and prioritization Influence decisions and drive accountability across Product, Marketing, Analytics, and other functions Lead complex problem-solving efforts and guide project teams to deliver measurable business outcomes To thrive in this role, you have 10+ years of experience in strategy/management consulting, corporate strategy, or operating roles within financial services or fintech An MBA or equivalent experience Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across complex organizationsx Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including financial modeling and data-driven decision making Experience leading and managing project teams and driving initiatives end-to-end Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate insights into clear recommendations Deep experience in fintech/financial services and/or hands-on experience with data analysis, market research, or product analytics (preferred) #LI-BE1 #

About the Role: As a member of the Corporate Finance team, you'll own the consolidated view of Notion's financial performance — the corporate model, the monthly close-to-reporting cycle, and the numbers that reach our executive team, Board of Directors, and investors. You'll immediately take ownership of core corporate FP&A workstreams, which include the consolidated P&L forecast, the monthly budget-vs-actual and reforecast cycles, and the planning systems that produce them. This role is based San Francisco. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person.
